When Should I Go to the Emergency Room Rather Than RediCare?
- Any illness or injury that may be life threatening or result in the loss of a limb should be seen at an emergency room. Examples: chest pain or airway closure.
- A bone fracture where the bone is exposed.
What Can I Be Seen for at RediCare?
- Acute Illness: ear aches, sore throats, nausea/vomiting, headaches etc.
- Acute Trauma: lacerations, simple fractures, sprains and strains.

What if I Don't Have Insurance?
You are required to pay for your office visit up front at the time of service. Additional labs, X-rays, and other procedures may be billed after proper payment plan is set up and establish based on specific criteria.
